I think you should have a sperate number for appointment people phoning to get results is making the queues longer

The triage appointment system is not a good idea.The patient ends up 30th interview queue and if she is eventually given a telephone appointment it could be at anytime which means the whole day is taken up whereas going back to the way appointments were arranged before covid happened.

The appointment with the paramedic went well and he put me at ease.Very good.

I got an appointment the same day that I phoned in. I was offered an appointment at Collington, which I refused as it was too difficult to get there. The very nice lady on the phone called me back at 2 pm to say that she had made an appointment for 5.15 at Pebsham. My home surgery. I had a good consultation. The prescription went to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up the next morning. The doctor talked me through the medication that he prescribed.

All phone calls seem to be answered by Pensjam and they don’t seem to be able to get through to Collington which is what I always want.

I had to see Nurse Kim Foster who is always very helpful and goes the extra mile.

I was able to get appt easily as I had been texted to ask to ring for appt for my shingles jab. Not so easy when ringing for an appt to see someone.

Nothing. The nurse was very good and informative.
